4. Cookie Bouquet
Supplies:
- Vase or container of choice
- Floral Foam
- Wooden Skewers

SUGAR COOKIE RECIPE
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup butter, soft
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp. Baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Cream butter and sugar together till light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Mix in dry ingredients a little at a time until flour is completely incorporated. Chill 1-2 hours. Roll dough to approximately ¼ inch thickness. Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. While cookies are still warm out of the oven, insert wooden skewers into the cookies. Allow cookies to cool completely before moving.
EASY ROYAL ICING (No Meringue Powder)
- 2 cups Confectioner Sugar
- 2 TB Corn Syrup
- 2 ½ tsp. Vanilla Coffee Creamer
- Vase or container of choice
- Floral Foam
- Wooden Skewers
- Tissue Paper
- Tape
