Giant Lawn Dice Game
Today’s post is about our giant lawn dice game we made ourselves.

The set in our video is a bit sentimental to me because it was among our very first DIY wood projects. It is also sentimental because we made it for Tori and Javi’s wedding.
Please
This project would have been amazingly simple if we owned a drill press, #GOALS!
We made our dice from a 4×4 post.
Supplies & Tools
- Saw
- Electric drill
- 1/2 inch drill bit
- Sander
- Black paint
- 4×4 post
4×4 posts actually only measure 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″. To make square cubes, we simply cut six 3 1/2″ sections from the post and sanded them smooth.
Next, we used a 1/2 inch drill bit to create circular grooves for the dice numbers on all six sides of the dice.
Then we sanded each dice a second time to be sure they were smooth.
Last, we painted each groove we created with the black paint and let it dry. Wallah!! it’s that easy
